Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer for a 100% remote, direct-hire role in the United States. You will design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, and a track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications while maintaining code quality and platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Five+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations.
Deliver custom business logic, integrations, UI, and automation for enterprise requirements.
Write idiomatic Apex and modern LWC while balancing declarative-first thinking with code where value is clear.
