Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Salesforce CRM Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms, delivering complex business logic and automation.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong Apex and JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.
• Deliver custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements.
• Ensure maintainability and respect platform limits and long-term maintainability.
