Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect for a fully remote role in the United States. You will steer enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds, shaping security, data models, and integration patterns.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, and MuleSoft.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of Salesforce experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles.
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing, and platform limits.
Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
Experience designing security models at enterprise scale.
Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
Track record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce technical architecture across various Cloud implementations.
Lead solution design, technical reviews, and governance for major initiatives.
Establish standards for declarative vs programmatic implementations (Flow, Apex, LWC).
Architect data models, sharing schemes, and large data volume strategies.
Design integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and APIs.
Lead org strategy decisions including multi-org management, sandbox, and DevOps pipelines.
Define security architecture including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, OAuth/SSO patterns.
Drive performance, scalability, and governor-limit management across Apex and LWC.
Establish DevOps and release management practices (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT).
Partner with stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Mentor engineers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
Produce architecture artifacts—diagrams, decision records, reference designs.
