Job summary

Nextview Consulting is seeking a Technical Architect to shape the architecture of two strategic Salesforce environments. You will blend hands-on leadership with advisory duties across long-term engagements, delivering secure, scalable Salesforce platforms.

The role requires balancing deep technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, governance, and architectural decision-making, collaborating with leadership and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce implementations, with multiple years in Technical/Lead Architect roles.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE).
• Experience with Experience Cloud and B2B Commerce is a plus.
• Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, MuleSoft, ERP integrations.
• Experience establishing governance, architecture standards, and CoE practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, identity management, SSO/SAML, and release management.
• Ability to mentor teams and communicate architectural trade-offs to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture end-to-end across two strategic enterprise accounts with scalable, secure solutions.
• Design and review complex technical solutions and provide guidance to internal and external developers.
• Translate business needs into detailed designs, user stories, and implementation guidance.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and QA processes for long-term platform maturity.
• Drive release management with DevOps Center, GitHub, and Salesforce releases.
• Architect enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, ERP, and related systems.
• Advise clients on security, identity management, and platform changes for compliance.
• Identify technical debt and drive improvements for scalability and maintainability.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, communicating trade-offs and risks.
• Produce and maintain architecture docs and implementation guidelines in Confluence.
• Collaborate with developers and coach on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and best practices.
