Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Senior Technical Architect to act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert for large enterprise customers.

You will guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive value while collaborating with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to meet client needs. This role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and maintaining scalable architectures across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor materials to the audience.
• Great listener and ability to communicate with diverse roles.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Resourceful and innovative thinker; able to solve complex problems.
• Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
• Review and correct project direction and key artifacts to keep programs on track and maintainable.
