Job summary

PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable CRM and digital experience solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will bring 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with expertise in Lightning Web Components, Flow, Apex, and DevOps practices. This is a full-time hybrid role based in NJ with collaboration across teams and ongoing production support.

Qualifications

• BS in a science or technical field (CS, IS, Engineering, or related) required
• 5+ years of Salesforce.com Application Development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Advanced Developer Certification preferred
• Experience with Jira
• Ability to conceptualize and translate customer requirements into specifications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce
• Experience building automation with Flow and migrating from Workflow/Process Builder to Flow
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI (Agentforce, Prompt Builder) for AI-powered automation
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft
• Proficient with Salesforce DX, CLI, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and VS Code
• Proficient in Apex Scheduling and Batch/Queueable processes
• Strong data modeling and development best practices
• Familiarity with ETL and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft)
• Adhere to Agile Delivery and Change Management processes
• Experience with Copado and sandbox governance
• Provide ongoing production support across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud

The Salesforce Developer will work across Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to design, build, and support scalable CRM and digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce.com application development experience, with current hands‑on expertise in Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern Salesforce DevOps practices.

Essential Functions:

• Extensive experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL/SOSL Queries, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and the Salesforce Platform (Visualforce familiarity for legacy support)
• Experience building and modernizing automation using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows), including migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flow, plus Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects and Settings
• Knowledge and expertise of Salesforce AI, including Agentforce, and Prompt Builder for building AI-powered automation and predictive workflows
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration/middleware tools such as MuleSoft (XML, JSON)
• Proficient in Salesforce DX (SFDX), the Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and VS Code for development and deployment
• Proficient in working with Apex Scheduling and Batch/Queueable Processes
• Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, and Salesforce development best practices
• Familiarity with ETL and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft)
• Adhere to PEAC's Agile Delivery and Change Management processes
• Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD tooling Copado, and sandbox/release governance
• Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments

Additional Information:

• This is a hybrid position, based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, three days a week, with two days remote.
