Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Salesforce Consulting Staff to develop technical solutions, lead client calls, and build reports that meet business needs. You will participate in architecture, configuration and data modeling across Salesforce Clouds, while delivering training and client touchpoints.

Responsibilities include building declarative components, configuring across Clouds, and producing technical docs for clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of management or technology consulting experience preferred.
• Salesforce Admin 201 certification required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and Data Loader.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud/Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Experience with databases and custom apps on Salesforce.
• Strong MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Lead client calls to discover requirements and review development.
• Create daily and weekly client touch points and training.
• Build reports and on-record analytics in Salesforce.
• Configure architecture, automation and security across Clouds.
• Draft technical documentation for consultants, engineers and clients.
• Document requirements from client discovery and workshops.
• Design recommended solutions based on business requirements.
