Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Manager to lead design, delivery, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions for a federal healthcare environment. Remote (U.S.) with Denver, CO focus; 100% remote options available under a 12‑month contract.

The ideal candidate combines architecture expertise, platform ownership, stakeholder management, and technical leadership to guide development teams, support production operations, and partner with business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience
• 6+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience leading Salesforce solution delivery
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge and platform capabilities
• Experience designing Salesforce data and security models
• Experience supporting multiple user personas and complex sharing
• Ability to evaluate multiple solution approaches
• Experience leading technical teams, code reviews, and mentoring developers
• Strong production support and troubleshooting
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design and delivery
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce applications and integrations
• Own data model, security model, and user access strategies
• Review technical designs and conduct code reviews
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and technical team members
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, and delivery timelines
• Support deployment planning, release management, and production support activities
• Partner with business stakeholders and client leadership
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform and integration issues
• Promote development standards, best practices, and operational excellence
