Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and orchestrate global Salesforce solutions. You will shape the architecture roadmap, build rich interactive apps, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with product owners and security teams.

This hybrid role is onsite in the Washington, DC area (Tuesdays & Thursdays) or remote for non-local candidates, reporting to the Director, Salesforce, and requiring U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience designing Salesforce-based solutions.
• Strong collaboration with product owners and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions aligned to the architecture roadmap.
• Architect rich interactive, responsive applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Mentor and escalate technical project resources.
• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
• Scope custom implementations and integrations with Product Owners.
• Design and build new solutions, demos, troubleshooting and defining product requirements.
• Assess feasibility and approach for use cases and integrations.
• Explore and research new technologies to integrate with IJM Enterprise Applications.
• Secure APIs and experience developing services with OAuth, SAML, 2-Factor or custom authentication.
• Work with Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams to ensure secure topology.
• Evaluate end-user systems and IT purchases for impact.
