Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Solutions Architect for Salesforce to design and architect global technology applications and services. This role reports to the Director, Salesforce and requires hybrid work arrangements (onsite Tue/Thu in DC area) or remote for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities include leading architecture initiatives, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with product owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 15+ years’ professional experience.
• 10+ years application development/SDLC experience.
• 5+ years designing and architecting enterprise application and data solutions.
• 5+ years working with APIs and Open-Source high-scale solutions.
• Proven Salesforce Application Development and Architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
• Architect rich interactive applications for the Salesforce platform.
