Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst, Developer to bridge business needs with technical teams. This role focuses on evaluating, designing, and optimizing enterprise applications and integrations to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.

You will work on hands-on Salesforce configuration, Apex development support, and API integrations, collaborating with architects and developers to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as a systems analyst, BA, or developer.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, ERP, or data platforms and integrations.
• Salesforce development skills (Apex, Flow, integrations) and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and system needs.
• Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using declarative-first approaches.
• Collaborate with developers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support API integrations, testing, and deployment activities including CI/CD processes.
• Ensure solutions align with data governance, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
