Job summary

Merz North America, Inc is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst, Developer (Finance) to bridge business needs with technical execution. You will analyze requirements, configure Salesforce, support integrations, and contribute to Apex development under guidance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, scalable solutions, and smooth user adoption while supporting ongoing optimization and testing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience as Systems Analyst/Business Analyst/Developer or similar role.
• 3-5 years experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
• 3-5 years experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, data platforms).
• Apex coding proficiency; Lightning Components; SOQL query optimization.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and design.
• Support Salesforce configuration, integrations, and development activities.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
• Document processes, data mappings, and integration impacts.
