Qualifications

7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.
7+ years architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions.
7+ years of Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce admin.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong data migration skills and ETL tooling knowledge.
Experience with security and performance standards.
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 compliance.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end solutions and guiding technical strategies and execution.
Collaborate with SMEs, Tech leads and stakeholders to translate business scope into architecture.
Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integrations with external systems.
Ensure solutions meet data security and performance standards.
Design backups and restore strategies.
Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.
Produce technical documentation and solution diagrams.
Lead code reviews, design sessions and release planning.
Collaborate with Agile team on backlog refinement and acceptance criteria.
Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD release management.
