Job summary

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect for a long-term contract with a direct client in Raleigh, NC.

The role blends hands-on development with architectural leadership to design, secure and deliver scalable Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with the organization’s digital strategy. The candidate will bridge business needs with technical design, guide API integrations, ensure data security, and contribute to CI/CD and release planning in an agile

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.
7+ years architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions.
Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL and Salesforce Admin.
Experience with platform configuration and guiding development teams.
Experience with data migration and common ETL tools.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce.
Knowledge of data security and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategies.
Collaborate with SMEs, tech leads and stakeholders to translate business scope into architecture.
Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems.
Ensure solutions align with data security, backups and restore strategies.
Lead code reviews, design sessions, and release planning within an Agile team.
Assist in environment setup and CI/CD processes for releases.
