Senior Salesforce Software Engineer – W2 only (Expert SalesCloud)

Role: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer.

Location: Plano, TX / Columbus, OH / Indianapolis, IN / Seattle, WA / 100% Remote.

Duration: 1+ year.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Builder/Flow, and SFDX.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Experience working in trailblazer URL/profile.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless architecture (Lambda, SQS).
• Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform).
• Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog).
• Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
