Truist seeks an experienced Salesforce-focused analyst/developer to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will configure declarative Salesforce features, write clear acceptance criteria, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality applications.

In this role you will participate in full lifecycle activities, support data exports, and contribute to continuous improvement and user adoption in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to IT.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software components addressing business requirements.
• Configures Salesforce declarative functionality including validation rules, Lightning pages, and Flows.
• Lead requirement gathering, write acceptance criteria, and drive projects from kickoff to delivery.
