Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and availability of the Salesforce Service Cloud production environment. You will collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional tech teams to minimize disruption and deliver a seamless customer service experience.

In this remote role across the United States, you will respond to incidents, troubleshoot across Apex, LWC, and integrations, monitor production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with production support
• Proven experience managing L2/L3 incidents within SLAs
• Strong debugging across Apex, triggers, batch jobs, Flows, LWC and Aura
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations including REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience monitoring production environments and debugging logs
• Experience with Service Cloud configuration and user administration

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve L2/L3 production incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Troubleshoot issues across Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, and integrations
• Monitor health, governor limits, queues, and batch processes to mitigate risks
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support Service Cloud configuration, user administration, data management, and releases
