Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Tester for a full-time hybrid role at Buckley AFB, CO (3 days on-site). The candidate will develop test plans, execute tests in Salesforce, mentor QA testers, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, end-to-end and regression testing.

Required are 10+ years of experience and a Salesforce Administrator Certification, plus a Bachelor's in Engineering/Mathematics/Business.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Business
Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile
Experience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications
Experience in development, requirements, configuration management
Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes
Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope

Responsibilities

Develop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment
Provide mentorship for a team of quality assurance testers
Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
Perform Quality Assurance and control
Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results
Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities
Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders
Identify roles/skills required for tests
Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested
Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts
Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies
