Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA/testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
• Expertise in developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
• Proficiency in functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Background in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and verification using standard QA tools.
• Familiarity with release validation activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification.
• Understanding of QA processes, test planning, and testing best practices.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites for Salesforce applications and related integrations
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions against business requirements
• Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and stability
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Support release validation activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification in Salesforce environments
• Contribute to test planning, test documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices
