RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate a recently developed Salesforce application in production. The role requires Apex and Lightning Component development, a configuration-first mindset, and hands-on Copado CI/CD experience.

The candidate should be proficient in unit testing, defect remediation, and documenting changes with Jira. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Apex classes and triggers to support business requirements.
• Experience building Lightning Components (LWC) for Salesforce enhancements.
• Proficient in writing unit tests and collaborating with DevOps to remediate issues.
• Familiarity with Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and design changes.

Responsabilités

• Develop Apex classes and triggers and build Lightning Components to extend Salesforce.
• Follow a configuration-first approach to changes and enhancements.
• Work with Copado CI/CD for continuous deployment and release management.
• Write unit tests and collaborate with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and specifications.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes in Jira for defects and new stories.
