Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in a recently developed application. The ideal candidate will develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to fulfill business requirements.

They should have substantial experience, particularly with Copado CI/CD, and be skilled in documenting user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira. Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud is a must.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience using Jira for documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• At least 6 years of experience with Apex classes and Lightning Web Components.
