Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Jira.
• At least 6 years in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4 years with Copado.
• 6 years of experience in Salesforce Apex Class and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Components to support business requirements.
• Follow configuration first approach.
• Write unit tests and collaborate with devops to resolve issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Document user stories acceptance criteria and design changes in Jira.
