Job summary

Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) seeks an experienced Program Manager 4 (PM4) to lead the Salesforce program. This contract role oversees org setup, governance, and multi-vendor coordination, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely, quality delivery.

The PM will drive strategy, manage risks, and facilitate change management, training, and reporting. Hybrid work in Columbus, OH with a focus on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across DCY domains.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent; proven project leadership experience.
• 7+ years of project management in IT; multi-project delivery success.
• 5+ years of business process analysis; requirement gathering and optimization.
• 3+ years of workflow automation and Salesforce experience.
• Strong MS Office skills: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage governance, risk, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to deliver outcomes.
• Track KPIs and deliver dashboards for leadership insights.
