Job summary

The Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the setup and implementation of its Salesforce Program. Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• 7+ years of project management experience in Information Technology projects.
• 5+ years of business process analysis.
• 3+ years of workflow automation.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in program planning and execution.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting.
• Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership.
