Job summary

Smarsh is seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead our in-house Salesforce team and take end-to-end ownership of the platform as a core business system. • 7+ years working with Salesforce in senior roles.

• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven service workflows a plus.
• Background partnering with Finance, RevOps, or Legal.
