Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Salesforce Platform Administrator leader to define and execute the platform strategy, drive end-to-end initiatives, and ensure security, data privacy, and compliance across enterprise environments.

You will mentor a team of Platform Administrators, manage releases, coordinate with IAM, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver on the roadmap with a DevOps and continuous delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise platform initiatives in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to drive security, data privacy, and compliance in large-scale platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration, upgrades, and release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Platform Administrators.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platform initiatives.
• Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap.
• Review, plan, and communicate major releases.
• Collaborate with IAM for access management and security controls.
• Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
