Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom apps, integrations, and Communities. You will serve as a senior technical resource for data migrations, data quality, and system integrations, translating business needs into effective Salesforce outcomes.

You'll promote best practices, maximize Salesforce capabilities, and support ongoing change management, release processes, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
Equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Provide operational Salesforce support, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and support key organizational decisions.
Promote best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
Document code and configurations and ensure compliance with development standards.
