Job summary

Stefanini Group is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Platform Engineer for a 100% remote contract role in the United States. The engineer will drive design, development, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce platform services, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient integrations across teams.

The role requires strong DevOps practices, Apex/flows, and data modeling with experience in security governance. You will collaborate with IT and Security, support releases, and help shape platform architecture

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Salesforce security model.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Integration patterns.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Flow optimization.
• Experience in Data Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, engineering, implementation, and configuration of platform services.
• Develop patterns for logging, monitoring, backup, and security tooling.
• Deliver explicit APIs and abstractions for application developers.
• Collaborate with business and tech partners to define Salesforce integrations.
• Partner with Security to implement platform security configurations.
• Support and refine platform utilization for security, performance, and cost.
