Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Salesforce platform to architect, deliver, and govern scalable CRM solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, define design patterns, and drive DevOps practices within a cloud-first Salesforce ecosystem.

As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, oversee integrations, and ensure security, data governance, and platform performance align with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with deep expertise in Salesforce platform engineering preferred.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and large-scale system implementations.
• Strong experience in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and platform configuration.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as Informatica, MuleSoft, TIBCO).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration patterns, and cloud architecture principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Support end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert and mentor engineers, governance for development activities.
• Enterprise Integration & Data Strategy: Design complex integrations and ensure data quality and governance.
• Delivery & Execution: Lead development of large-scale features and align with roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to shape roadmaps and communicate trade-offs.
• Quality, Security & Compliance: Enforce security, testing, and performance benchmarks.
