The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to own Salesforce platform initiatives from strategy to delivery. You will collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive innovation.

This hybrid role in Redwood City requires 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Certification, and leadership in complex programs.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow.
Proven ability to manage complex technical programs and drive change management.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences; agile mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce platform initiatives across IT and business units.
Own and maintain the platform roadmap; define goals and track success metrics.
Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions; perform hands-on config and QA.
Gather requirements, secure alignment, and maintain stakeholder communications.
Govern platform strategy with security, governance, and AI automation opportunities.
