Job summary

System One seeks a Salesforce Performance Tester to assess scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Salesforce apps across environments. You will design and execute performance test strategies for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and build scripts with JMeter and LoadRunner.

Work remotely within the United States, collaborating with developers and architects to optimize performance and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, including at least 4 years on Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency with Salesforce terminology and navigating large Salesforce environments.
• Experience in QA test management on Salesforce including functional and non-functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Salesforce applications across environments.
• Develop and execute performance test strategies for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Build and run performance test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Simulate user loads for Salesforce UI, API integrations, and batch processes.
• Validate response times, throughput, latency, and governor limits; log defects with detailed reports.
• Analyze performance metrics for Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and LWC components.
• Evaluate external API and data fetch performances (AWS/Snowflake) and authentication flows.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize performance and monitoring.
• Verify scalability for high-traffic portals and enterprise releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews of test cases and docs.
