Job summary

A leading technology services provider is looking for a Performance Architect specialized in Salesforce performance testing. This role requires at least 14 years of experience in performance testing & engineering, along with hands-on experience in tools like Apache JMeter. The architect will analyze results and strategize for performance improvement, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position is 100% onsite in San Diego, California.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Performance testing & engineering.
• Strong performance testing experience on Salesforce and related integrations.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, particularly Apache JMeter.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Ability to analyze system architecture and report findings.

Job description

Position: Performance Architect (Salesforce / SFDC)

Job Type: Day one Onsite(100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 14+ years of experience in Performance testing & engineering.
• Strong Performance testing experience on COTS based applications & their Integrations - Salesforce, MuleSoft, API, etc.,
• Working experience on Apache JMeter (must) and additional tools - LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,
• Should have performance tested Salesforce applications
• Performance testing with hands on experience in multiple performance testing tools - Apache JMeter (must), LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,
• Able to troubleshoot the scripting issues and recommend to team to work as per business process expectations.
• Capable of enterprise view and act as an advisor to the customer
• Ability to strategize, plan and estimate for performance engineering
• Strong in performance test results analysis and providing performance improvement recommendations
• Understanding of system architecture (web servers, databases, APIs) at Enterprise level.
• Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports
• Ability to strategize at enterprise level
• Excellence stakeholder management & able to effectively communicate across all stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce performance testing experience.
