Job summary

Copado is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce and is seeking a Sr Salesforce Partner Marketing Manager to drive high-impact programs across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner with Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to bring Copado’s joint value proposition to market and accelerate pipeline through integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in B2B partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or demand gen in SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into executive-ready messaging.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, AppExchange, and partner GTM models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs across sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions in the Salesforce and broader partner ecosystem
• Own and evolve Copado’s Salesforce "Better Together" value proposition and narrative
• Translate alliance priorities into co-branded marketing campaigns, content, and events
• Lead multi-channel campaigns for partner summits, Salesforce World Tours, and Dreamforce
• Partner with teams to build enablement assets like battlecards, solution briefs, and campaign kits
• Manage Salesforce-focused webpages, landing pages, newsletters, and communications
• Establish clear workback plans, stakeholder accountability, and execution rhythms
• Align partner marketing activity directly with pipeline generation goals
• Track campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution for executive updates
