Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Salesforce Copado specialist to lead migrations and end-to-end deployments across multiple environments. You will implement CI/CD pipelines with Copado and Git, manage metadata and data migrations, and drive promotion paths with quality gates and code reviews.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on minimizing deployment risks and ensuring smooth multi-org strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce migrations using Copado.
• Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems.
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado.
• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools.
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths.
• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments.
• Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
