Qualifications

• Education in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
• Experience writing SQL queries for data segmentation.
• Experience in software/technology project development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce via REST APIs.
• Familiar with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project management.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage targeted marketing communications to improve retention and loyalty.
• Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement customer journeys for multichannel campaigns.
• Use Data Extensions and SQL for data organization and segmentation.
• Develop and manage automations in Automation Studio.
• Support execution and analysis of marketing journeys and campaigns.
• Assist integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via REST APIs.
• Collaborate in agile project development with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation workflows and data processes.
