Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce-focused CRM leader in Collierville, TN to drive multi-cloud CRM projects and serve as the Salesforce SME. You will manage end-to-end implementations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure process integrity across the SDLC.

The role requires 3–5 years of Salesforce admin experience, strong business analysis skills, and a track record of delivering complex CRM programs. On-site, full-time position in technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years experience in Engineering, Project Controls, and Technology project/ business management.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrative and Break/fix experience.
• 3-5 years technology business requirements gathering, and Business analysis experience.
• Must possess a strong understanding of workflow development, relational database concepts, and systems implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and coordinate Salesforce projects across CRM modules.
• Lead multi-disciplinary CRM projects including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Mentor consultants and serve as Salesforce SME; oversee SDLC.
• Ensure timely entry and updating of process flows; report deficiencies and verify integrity.
• Evaluate existing processes for defects and propose cost-effective improvements.
• Create user specifications and apply agile methodologies to achieve business goals.
• Develop Salesforce communication strategies for Technology and Business.
• Develop Salesforce process maps/models and design technical solutions.
• Support change management; assist in testing and deployments.
• Coordinate change requests and assess impact on operations.
