Andersen is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to migrate a licensing system to Salesforce and streamline the full licensing lifecycle. You will design scalable architecture, oversee integrations, and drive best practices across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Senior/Technical Lead background, and strong English. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with opportunities for career growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, security models, and deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design of Salesforce solution across domains.
• Define scalable architecture for core objects, data models, automation, integrations, and security.
• Oversee implementation of catalog/rights, customer and organization management, booking lifecycle, licensing, royalties, billing, and compliance workflows.
• Review and approve technical solutions proposed by other developers.
• Establish development standards, code review practices, deployment approach, and quality controls.
• Coordinate cross-cloud and cross-system integrations, including API-based integrations.
• Support solution refinement with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure maintainability, performance, and extensibility of the delivered solution.
