Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Lead / Architect with 12+ years of Salesforce experience to lead the design, development, integration, and technical delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Web Security (LWS), along with proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and development standards.
- Provide hands‑on expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Web Security (LWS).
- Design scalable and reusable Apex solutions while ensuring compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
- Establish trigger frameworks, coding standards, design patterns, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Design and develop complex LWC solutions aligned with LWS security standards.
- Lead Sales Cloud implementations covering Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Campaigns, and Forecasting.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other Salesforce integration mechanisms.
- Define and govern Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, roles, and field‑level security.
- Review technical designs, Apex code, LWC implementations, and integration solutions.
- Lead performance optimization, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Establish automated testing strategies and ensure robust Apex test coverage and code quality.
- Lead technical estimation, solutioning, POCs, and evaluation of new Salesforce capabilities.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance across the development team.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices using Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and relevant DevOps tools.
- Lead deployment, release management, environment strategy, and production rollout activities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing Salesforce processes and reduce technical debt.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce architecture principles, security standards, and enterprise technology guidelines.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 12+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
