Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Integration Architect to design and govern integrations between Salesforce and the broader enterprise landscape. You will lead API strategy, middleware selection, and event-driven patterns, working with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of Salesforce experience, strong API/security acumen, and experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing data synchronization with ERP/operational systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credential.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems.
• Apply integration patterns including request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, and event-driven.
• Design integrations using Salesforce-native capabilities with enterprise middleware.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs.
• Define API strategy, contracts, and versioning standards.
• Architect data synchronization with ERP and operational systems.
• Design identity and access patterns including OAuth and connected apps.
• Establish error handling, retry, and dead-letter strategies.
• Drive performance, scalability, and governor-limit management.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet enterprise requirements.
• Mentor and coach engineers; produce architecture artifacts.
• Evaluate and onboard integration platforms with vendors.
• Stay current with Salesforce integration capabilities and iPaaS evolution.
