SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an Associate Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud to lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for large healthcare implementations.

You will own Health Cloud strategy, collaborate with global teams, and guide multi-shore Salesforce professionals across developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery groups. Candidates bring 4+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud, deep Health Cloud features, and hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years total experience delivering Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for large healthcare implementations.
• Deep Health Cloud knowledge: Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions across core Salesforce, extensions, integrations, and data models.
• Hands-on leadership with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP, middleware, and standards like FHIR/HL7.
• Experience with EHR/EMR integrations and payer/provider workflows.
• Lead delivery lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Provide governance, code reviews, and manage technical debt.
• Mentor multi-shore teams and collaborate with program managers.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business and technical requirements into scalable Health Cloud designs.
• Govern overall Health Cloud strategy, ensuring security and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and senior leadership on Health Cloud capabilities.
• Review designs for alignment with enterprise standards and performance.
• Ensure adoption of Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Guide security, data access, sharing rules, and consent management.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
• POCs to validate design/tech choices and drive platform evolution.
