Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Functional Lead to drive the functional design for a large-scale public-sector cannabis licensing platform. You will translate complex regulations into configurable workflows and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires Salesforce expertise, strong process analysis, and hands-on leadership in requirements, testing, and deployment within a remote, full-time setup.

Qualifications

• Must have Salesforce experience in a government/public sector context.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design for licensing, permitting, and compliance workflows.
• Translate regulatory requirements into configurable Salesforce capabilities.
• Coordinate UAT planning, scenarios, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across licensing, finance, and IT.
• Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
