Job summary

Donnelly & Moore Corporation seeks a Salesforce Agile Functional Lead to guide complex Salesforce-driven projects from design through delivery. The role emphasizes business and functional solution design, PI Planning, and user story definition to deliver business value across enterprise technology solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Product Owners, and ensure alignment with roadmaps and epics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years leading technology solution delivery, business transformation, or enterprise app implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, backlog management, RAID, governance, risk mitigation.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD, test automation, release management, production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI Planning, align objectives, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define roadmaps, PI objectives, and feature priorities.
• Develop process maps, data flows, business rules, and target-state processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Define and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate design activities and project schedules across teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams for delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans.
• Support testing, UAT, and release readiness to meet requirements.
• Communicate status, changes, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.

Our Utility Client in NYC is looking for a Salesforce Agile Functional Lead for a 12+month HYBRID (3 days a week onsite) 40 hour week.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled a Senior Functional Lead to lead and deliver complex technology projects using Salesforce platform. The Functional Lead responsible for driving business and functional solution design, leading PI Planning, defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, facilitating stakeholder alignment, managing requirements through the SDLC, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business value through Salesforce and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading technology solution delivery, business transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, backlog management, RAID management, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release management, and production deployments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives across business and technology organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar delivery and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Salesforce platform delivery, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.
• PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
