Qualifications

• BS, BA, or Masters in related discipline, or equivalent with 7+ years designing and implementing business solutions.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting.
• 5+ years of Sales and Support operations.
• 3+ years of experience with SFDC product suite.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce Consultant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and analysts to document business processes.
• Translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards).
• Own end-to-end solution design and configuration, prioritizing declarative solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related tools.
