Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant in Irving, TX. You will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions, collaborating with Administrators, Developers, and Analysts to deliver scalable workflows.

You will lead requirements, translate them into declarative configurations, and own the end-to-end SFDC design process, ensuring user training and adoption across sales and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing business solutions.
• 5+ years in Salesforce administration or consulting and 3+ years with SFDC product suite.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce tools and basic development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and analysts.
• Translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports).
• Own end-to-end solution design and deployment in SFDC.
• Provide user training and support for Salesforce and related tools.
