Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient CRM-driven business processes across sales, marketing, and service teams. You will configure and optimize Salesforce, ensuring accurate data and robust reporting to meet enterprise needs.

Responsibilities include data integration planning, security management, and end-user support, with possible involvement in Pardot, RingLead, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service).
• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and custom development.
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification; preferred: App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and launch Salesforce-based business processes and operations systems.
• Provide SFDC integration/strategic planning and data management to meet business needs.
• Configure, test, and administer Salesforce-integrated solutions and related add-ons (Pardot, RingLead).
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to optimize SFDC usage and security.
