NextGen Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused professional to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business processes and operations systems. You will gather data, drive SFDC integration planning, and ensure accurate metrics to meet business needs.

You will work with a broad set of SFDC users, handle administration, reporting, and integrations, and leverage add-ons like Pardot and RingLead to maximize value across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service).
• Advanced experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and custom development.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business processes and operations systems with a Salesforce focus.
• Gather, analyze, and implement data to support business cases and system requirements.
• Provide SFDC integration planning, configuration, testing, and end-user support.
• Ensure Salesforce accuracy, metrics tracking, and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with SFDC users on maintenance, reporting, and integrations.
