The role coordinates data gathering, system requirements, and integration planning, ensuring Salesforce accuracy and strong end-user support across production environments. Collaboration with users and stakeholders is essential to maximize Salesforce value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service).
• Advanced experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and custom development.
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification required.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified App Builder; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification; Salesforce Developer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and implement data to support business cases and system requirements.
• Provide SFDC integration planning, configuration, testing, and prototyping.
• Ensure SFDC accuracy and metric tracking for business needs.
• Collaborate with SFDC users to address support, reporting, and integrations.
• Leverage SFDC add-ons to maximize value.
• Develop new functionality and mentor users and stakeholders.
• Provide SFDC administration of Salesforce-integrated solutions (Pardot, Mobile, Sales/Marketing apps).
• Provide end-user support of production environment.
• Conduct requirements-gathering meetings.
• Provide bulk data management (RingLead, data deduping).
• Provide security and user management.
