Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to design, implement, and optimize business processes within Salesforce and related CRMs in a fast-paced environment. You will manage data, integrations, and user support while aligning with business needs and strategic goals.

Role requires 5+ years in Salesforce Cloud and advanced admin/configuration skills, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certification in Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service).
• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com administration, configuration and custom development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and implement data in support of business cases, projects, and system requirements.
• Provide Salesforce integration/planning, evaluation, prototyping, configuration, and testing.
• Ensure SFDC accuracy and metrics alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with SFDC users for support, reporting, integrations, and administration.
• Leverage SFDC add-ons to maximize value and provide guidance on new functionality.
• Maintain strong relationships with end-users and stakeholders.
• Provide system and user administration with Salesforce expertise.
• Administration of Salesforce-integrated software (Pardot, Mobile, Sales/Marketing apps).
• End-user support of production environment.
• Conduct/participate in requirements-gathering meetings.
• Provide bulk data management (RingLead and dedupe packages).
• Provide security and user management.
