Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201) required.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce development, with prior consulting experience desired.
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure platforms, Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase products.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and UI/UX design.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities with extreme attention to detail.
• Desire to learn new systems and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions on client projects.
• Perform QA throughout the SDLC and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and run test plans (manual/automated).
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders; provide progress updates.
• Plan, prioritize tasks and coordinate with engineering leadership.
• Assist sales with demo design and environment setup.
