Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201) required.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce development, with consulting experience desirable.
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure platforms, Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and UI/UX design.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team to design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions.
• Provide hands-on engineering on client projects alongside architects and consultants.
• Integrate QA throughout project stages and perform automated and manual testing.
• Communicate issues to stakeholders and manage client expectations with timely updates.
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate estimates, timeframes and scope.
• Support sales efforts by contributing to demos and environment setup.
